Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Schlora offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.
2. Pro Subscription
The Schlora Pro plan is billed at ₹499 per month. Billing begins at the end of your free trial if you choose to upgrade, or on the date you manually subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to Pro features until the cycle ends — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the service.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription (billing error).
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a payment processing issue.
Refund requests for the above must be raised within 7 days of the charge date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at mail2pranav02@gmail.com with your registered email address, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
